One of the biggest features is Angel button, so when I see that button, in my mind I said I can do unlimited amount of applications. People are actively searching this through the social media through Facebook and Instagram pages is to improve their gummy smile. Back in the day the only way to improve was to do surgery, but these patients are actively seeking are and are actually driving into my office from Boston from Pennsylvania from Maine to seek betterment of their smile and reduction of their gummy smile non-surgically.
Today it’s so easy to do this with four screws or if it’s whole maxillary upper Arch intrusion or just two screws if it’s just anterior section that needs to be intruded. It’s so easy, you attach the screw and attach the elastic from the screw to the angel button and the patient applies that force and then within the first three or four months you see the amount of intrusion and a safe intrusion; it’s very slow there’s nothing needs to be reactivated or cut into. We don’t need to do any more Ginger reshaping as much as we used to do with fixed appliances because of Ginger hyperplasia; it’s so easy the angel button is a Lifechanger.
