(ALGN) for Angel to cease and desist from using its A7 Premolar Extraction Solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angel denied that the A7 tooth movement protocol infringes any patents as alleged by Align Technology Inc. (ALGN). The court rejected Align\u2019s request for Angel to preliminarily cease its use of the feature, a decision Angel applauded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe respect the D\u00fcsseldorf Local Division\u2019s ruling and will continue to make our case that Angel has not violated any valid patents,\u201d said Dr. Arno Ri\u00dfe, Angel\u2019s attorney at the Arnold Ruess law firm of D\u00fcsseldorf. \u201cWe are grateful that the court decided not to grant Align\u2019s request for preliminary measures.
